How we ship
Every physical product from Capital Loop Gifts is print-on-demand — meaning your shirt, mug, print, or sticker is manufactured after you order. We don’t keep inventory in a warehouse. Our fulfillment partners (Printful, Printify, and Gelato) print your order in their facilities across the U.S. and ship it directly to you.
Timelines
Total time from order to doorstep = production time + shipping time.

Some products (apparel) are faster; some (framed prints, custom mugs) take longer. Each product page shows the expected timeline.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier (usually USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the product and your address).
Shipping rates
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on:
- Your address
- Product weight and dimensions
- Fulfillment partner (Printful, Printify, or Gelato — whichever is producing that product)
We don’t upcharge on shipping. You pay what the fulfillment partner charges us.
Domestic shipping (U.S.)
We ship to all 50 states, plus APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, plus U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).
International shipping
Currently U.S. only at launch. We’ll add international shipping once domestic fulfillment is running smoothly. If you’re in Canada and really want a Lansing shirt for your uncle, email us — we might be able to special-order it.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ days, email orders@capitalloopgifts.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to locate it or reship at no cost.
Digital downloads
Digital products (“printables,” digital art files) are delivered instantly via email once your payment clears. No shipping involved. Check your spam folder if the email doesn’t arrive within 10 minutes.
Holiday shipping
During the November–December holiday rush, production and shipping times can extend by 2–4 days. We’ll post cutoff dates for guaranteed-by-Christmas delivery on the homepage starting in early November.
