By using capitalloopgifts.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Who we are
Capital Loop Gifts is operated from Lansing, Michigan, USA. You can reach us at orders@capitalloopgifts.com.
3. Products
We sell Michigan-themed gifts in two forms:
- Digital downloads — art files, printables, and similar electronic goods delivered via email link after purchase
- Physical products — apparel, mugs, prints, stickers, and similar items printed on demand and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners (Printful, Printify, Gelato, and others)
All products are described on the site to the best of our ability. Colors may vary slightly from what’s shown on your screen due to monitor differences and print variations inherent to print-on-demand manufacturing.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars
- Michigan customers pay 6% sales tax on physical products (digital downloads are not taxed under current Michigan law)
- Payment is processed by Square — we never see or store your card number
- We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay
5. Shipping
Physical products ship directly from our print-on-demand partners. Typical timelines:
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Shipping (U.S. standard): 3–7 business days

6. Returns and refunds
See our Refund and Return Policy. Short version: physical products can be refunded or replaced for defects; digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos, and copy on the site are the property of Capital Loop Gifts or our licensors. When you buy a digital download, you receive a personal-use license — you may print it for yourself or give it as a gift, but you may not resell it, mass-reproduce it, or use it commercially without a separate license from us.
8. User accounts
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your password secure. Don’t share it. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. Acceptable use
Don’t use the site to:
- Break any law
- Harass other users or our staff
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or overload our systems
- Infringe anyone’s intellectual property
10. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We make no warranties beyond what’s legally required in Michigan.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Michigan law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ingham County, Michigan.
13. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
